Bespoke Kitchens

At Collinson we excel at designing elegant functionality, pairing modern convenience with a purists aesthetic. We believe in keeping things as low tech as possible to maintain a sense of calm materiality.

Collinson can work directly with you or your interior designer to create a kitchen, interior or bespoke piece of furniture. We use our own cabinetmakers to install our kitchens and furniture and Edward personally snags and signs off every project ensuring every detail is carried through from his original design.

CASE STUDY 01

Queens Park Town House

QUEENS PARK TOWNHOUSE

Working with a palette of Cherry wood and Fior Di Pesco marble this Queens Park Town House showcases Collinsons admiration for natural material.

Following a mid-century influence, elegant funtionality and refined craftsmanship underpin the design of this space. From concealed drawer handles and dovetailed drawers, to the concertina bi-fold dresser doors.
With the dresser to the left of the space we had the opportunity to introduce a traditional influence and create a practical and elegant piece of furniture which plays with the architectural element of the stairs leading up into to the home cinema.

Courtfield Road

COURTFIELD ROAD

Collinson were commissioned to design a kitchen for this South Kensington apartment with simplicity and craft at its heart.

To achieve this sense of simplicity at Courtfield Road we worked with just two exquisite materials, Walnut and Travertine.

The splash back has been wrapped around each side of the main work surface, integrating furniture and architecture and embracing the main run of cabinetry. An integrated down draft extractor, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, bins and washing machione have all been concelaed within the main run of cabinetry.
